If you receive an item damaged, notify Atomix Auto within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number that the customer obtains from U.P.S. To obtain this damage claim number, call 586-580-8108. You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call Atomix Auto for immediate part replacement. Shortage item claims MUST be made within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. Atomix Auto will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 5 working day allowable limit.
